It looks like the ones they showed at Quakecon and in the Tamriel Unlimited first announcement live twitch. These are PvP armors suposeddly coming later in the game. We had seen EP ones but oh my god, DC and AD look so cool.

nah I am full time player. if you scroll down there is a tab that describes the classes. it defaults on DK and you have to select the other ones, all are wearing new armor, and I see at the very least 3-4 sets.

well the blue paladin armor looks nice but nothing beats the nightblade ashen grip set

hmmm, im guessing yeah PvP armor, as its clearly factioned, some has AD designs, others EP and DC, yup clearly the new pvp armor, impressive though, I was almost hoping for more redone armor.

Yeah it works for me in IE but not in Chrome, in Chrome I get the "page not found" error

There have been a lot of new armors previewed from Quakecon, etc. Can't recall the thread names, but they have been talked about there on the forums for a bit now.

The gauntlets are heavy Imperial Daedric (Xivkyn), the chest armor is light Akaviri PvP armor, I believe. The helmet probably new undaunted gear, as you said.

Ah true, the helm could be from the Morag Tong set although the design seems quite different.

The Lamia & Dreugh 'Undaunted' head-pieces [subject to actuality] look interesting.

The, what appears to be similar to medium 'Akaviri', the helmets? They look like they have face-masks in that screenshot, so they'd be different to what's actually in-game now. I hope so, maybe with a different set bonus too.

Honestly though, I like and dislike seeing stuff like this.

Why?

I'm still excited to get my hands on the pvp season gear, as well as Xivkyn, hopefully coming with the first Cyrodiil content update. I really hope it's the next content update. Cyrodiil is a pretty big deal in this game. I mean, the whole reason for the Alliance War, is due to the importance as well as the strategic importance of Cyrodiil. But yeah, waiting it sucks. I want it now. I want a golden goose.

If the costumes are awarded alongside the armour in-game? Sure.

However, if the costume versions are put on the crown store, that creates a problem: the armour will no longer be visually distinctive or impressive, since people who just bought the costume from the cash shop will look identical. I sincerely hope Zenimax won't stoop that low.

Sure, have costumes on the store. But don't start letting people have prestigious skins for real money.

Some hard earned set pieces should be able to be turned into costumes : )
That way only the ones who earned those pieces would wear them.
