If you became re-infected, you'd find that the skill points were still in the vampire line. So you didn't technically lose them, they were just sitting in the vampire tree.

I thought I read that once cured, you can never be a vamp again.The way it used to work was that any skill points spent in the vampire line would remain there after you cured your vampirism.
If you became re-infected, you'd find that the skill points were still in the vampire line. So you didn't technically lose them, they were just sitting in the vampire tree.

It still works that way. Your skill points are "saved" in the skill line until you do a full respec. It doesn't matter when you do the respec though. You can become a vampire again,I have approximate knowledge of many things.0
