Whether or not mobs are dropping 10% more gold is anybody's guess as they drop variable amounts anyway. I have not unlocked any chests to determine if the gold in them has been increased 10%.
My characters shows the buff for ESO Plus. I completed crafting writs, got the exact same amount of gold 604, I always get at Vet lvl. Shoulfn't I be getting 10% more?? If not, WHEN does the 10% increase apply??

It does not apply to the following:
- Selling items to merchants (this is what the Ornate Trait is for)
- Buying back items from merchants
- Cyrodiil end-of-campaign rewards
- Gold received from mail
Here's the actual ZOS comment from a thread I had going.
What needs to be explained? ESO Plus gives a 10% increase to earned gold, there's not really much more to say.Aiden_Warren wrote: »Devs need to make a thread to explain this because im not seeing much of difference and 10% is way too tiny for earning just small numbers.
100 = 10
500 = 50
1000 = 100
Thats really small being that gold farming isnt too potential and can be grindy. One thing that isnt well treated for casual play is the game's cash currency earning.
No.oooh ... if someone posts me gold do I get 10% more !?
