Shouldn't it be possible for them to allow each person to choose which colour scheme they use? Lots of free forums (like PHPBB and Proboards) do this: the admin can create different colour schemes and pick one as the default, but each user can pick their own on their account page.

Atirez✭✭It burns my eyes! There seems to be some fighting for attention between the background colour of the posts and the font colour then the massive block of white. My eyes dont know what to look at. Also it makes me feel cold... brrr. 3

I think the white background is too much. On my phone in "desktop mode" (still no mobile version??) I couldn't see the white on either side of the posts, so it was nice. On a desktop not so much.
And my eyes are burning from all this white while I sit at the bottom of the page typing a reply.
Save our eyes ZOS!
