Not really.Sounds awesome
I don't want to get into the "haven't we already paid for the next dlc?" thing. But considering that content has been held back so it can be sold as dlc, I don't really want to hand over money to Zos until I see the content delivered. Then and only then will I make up my mind whether or not I want to pay.
For some unfathomable reason, unlike ANY other MMO company, ZoS believes basic April 2014 ESO is so good it does not need any new content for 1 year and half. And of course we should pay $15 for the honor of replaying Cadwell Silver again and again till we have 8 level 50 characters.

Buying and therefore owning a DLC is a much better deal than paying 15 bucks every month and not even owning the DLC. Plus, most DLC´s are most likely Trial based, not something I am interested in at all.

Agreed, at least in regards to Canadian prices. Yes, the sub cost is now higher, but given how CAD has plummeted against USD over the last three months, it's understandable. As it happens, the rate they're using is actually from January. If current rates were used, we'd actually be charged an extra dollar, so we can't complain.RDMyers65b14_ESO wrote: »AshySamurai wrote: »No if they don't add local prices (or return old prices).
The price has not changed. Your country's conversion rate did. ESO is not responsible for the economy in your country.
I can count to potato.

Come on now, we got plenty of content and new features in less than a year. The things we got were worth more than an expansion. I can't name many MMOs that were releasing so much content, the only one that comes to my mind is FFXIV.
So you could say we won't be getting any new content for half year. Which is still better than WoW, where you get an expansion and then nothing for 2 years. Not that the game is any good, but its still doing well. No reason why ZOS shouldn't think ESO is better than others, because for the most part it actually is.
Except that the $15 month gets you the same amount of crowns as if you spent $15 on crowns in the crown shop... So if you're going to want any DLC anyway, you might as well stay subbed for long enough to get enough crowns to cover what you expect the cost of DLC to be.Buying and therefore owning a DLC is a much better deal than paying 15 bucks every month and not even owning the DLC.
