No starter pack in crown shop

When they were previewing the crown shop they showed a starter pack including the piebald horse a dog some PTS and a repair kit and gems. I was really looking forward to buying this bundle, but when I logged in its not there did they decide against offering it or is it coming later?
Was there a post somewhere or a mention on the live stream that I missed that they decided against it?
