Click Play and ESO instantly crashes (i7 with AMD 6770m)

Since this last patch, I press play and nothing happens, but the game crashes. I have repaired, reinstalled, deleted the shadecache file, and tried changing the compatibility mode. I really need help with this if anyone can fix it.
