It boils down to being a legal adult. Can you marry, vote - basically do the things that are restricted to adults where you live/ in your culture.
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

Thank you for the help. Basically, "not a minor" and therefore, "not our problem" XD

Each country has different Age of when you are confirmed as an adult.

Lets say in A country the Age to be an Adult is 18 while in B country the age to be an adult is 16, if in your country you are recognized as an adult then you are recognized as an adult by ZoS and can buy the game.

    That's how I understand it
If I die tomorrow I do not want to think of the game I could of played today, therefor I will play whatever I want today while securing a future to play in as well.

A true gamer will think of all the possible outcomes and execute the one that is the hardest to accomplish.

Sounds like some trippy 1960s protest song.
What ESO really needs is an Auction Horse.

Are you serious? This game has mature elements like Sesame Street has mature elements.

This game AT MOST is PG13. The art department is being sure to purify anything remotely attractive when it comes to females. Unless it's "mature rated" cause of all the high-end armor that look masculine and sexy for men. Women are forced to wear garbage looking outfits that go from their chin to their toes lol.

Just another example of false advertising by trying to say "Look! We are mature!" when in reality it's been kiddie-fied from start to finish. This is the least TES like game ever.

How is a rating you get forced on you by a review board false advertisement?

    About the ESRB
    What is the ESRB?
The Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) is the non-profit, self-regulatory body that assigns ratings for video games and apps so parents can make informed choices. The ESRB rating system encompasses guidance about age-appropriateness, content, and interactive elements. As part of its self-regulatory role for the video game industry, the ESRB also enforces industry-adopted advertising guidelines and helps ensure responsible web and mobile privacy practices among companies participating in its Privacy Online program. ESRB was established in 1994 by the Entertainment Software Association (ESA).

Full disclosure, I think the mature rating they got actually helps the game going forward, they can take more risk and do more in the future to ensure the game lives up to its mature rating.

It only takes suggestive language such as is found in the "Lusty Argonian Maid" books to bump the game up to mature rating requirements.
