Champ Points Not Appearing - Already Tried All Quickfix

Yea so I'm aware of the giant red bar at the top of the screen that says to re-log. I did that, also re-checked the launcher for updates... and repaired it. I'm still at a loss with the champ points. It's like the whole tab just disappeared, the key isn't even bound to anything anymore
