Basically that. I don't see it in the out of game store page, and I didn't notice it in the crown store. Is that horse now gone completely, or did I just miss it in the crown store?

Yes your right the ring of hircines didn't give you unlimited time in werewolf form but it let you have unlimited transformations tho so basically if they did still add it would allow for werewolf to be a toggle more like and not a ultimate which you have to get up to transform0
