Hit lvl44. What now?

I've just hit lvl44 and I have no idea where to go next or what to do. I've done every quest I can find in Bangkorai and I have no more quests that would lead me to the next area or advance the story. So im kind of stuck, any ideas?

If you've done every quest in Bangkorai and you're only level 44, then you've missed a lot in previous zones (I think I was level 48 when I finished Bangkorai, and I didn't do any grinding or PVP, and I had skipped most of the group dungeons).

You can either go back and complete them (which will only gain you quest and/or exploration XP, and no combat XP as you'll be over-leveled) in order to get to level 45, or you can grind some mobs in Bangkorai to get to level 45.

Either way, once you hit level 45 you should get a main story quest, that will end in sending you to Coldharbour, where you'll continue questing.

The level is actually not relevant. Once you complete Trials and Tribulations/To Walk on Far Shores at the Hall of Heroes (bottom right of the map), you should be given Messages Across Tamriel (a Level 43 quest, but you can get it at any level), which continues the story.

Huh, I thought that one was locked to level 45 (and scaling up from there if you don't do it right away on hitting level 45). Am I thinking of the final main story quest?

Yeah, God of Schemes is locked to 45+, but Messages pops as soon as you finish the last quest of your alliance (the faction leader gives it to you).

Thanks guys! I feel so stupid now, I totally missed the Hall of Heroes. For some reason I had it logged in my brain that I had explored that far south and not found anything!
