    The server is still in fact down, but the patch is available. There may be some sort of "queue" line tho, just a guess.

    Yes, QA has done a fine job again...

    The patch is available for downloading- the maintenance isn't over. Perhaps that's the problem? Trying to login before things are ready?

    This is a patch. The Patch notes are up on that forum page.

    They need to reboot the Accounts probably... I can't reach my account yet. This is a really big transition. I hope we can play sometime today. :)

    Games that are in 'beta' are funny things. Patches can just mess everything up.

    Lets just hope they don't glitch their system and we get charged for 10x subs like some that will remain nameless have done in the past.

    Ok, maintenance was long cause of TU. But the patch was super quick. Only took half an hour. :-) Ready to go!

    Edit: Haha, just noticed the patch was faster than the maintenance. It's still off. Well that is new. ^^ Guess there is alot going on for TU and btp in the background.

    Downloaded the patch, agreed to 3 new terms of agreement etc... just waiting for the server to be online now.
    Semi retired from the trading aspects of the game.

    Yeah the download came out but the servers are still offline..ugh

    I think it took 8 hours before patch downloading, because they had to make sure the additional servers were up and working correctly. There's going to be a large influx of new and old players logging on at the same time.

    FYI - There is no such thing as 'night capping' in a world wide MMO.
    FYI - There was no paid Beta. When they launched the game the Beta was over, even if you don't think it was.
    FYI - It's B2P not F2P. There is a difference.
    FYI - It doesn't take any player skill to mash keys or buttons in this game. The ones that stay alive longer have the better internet connection and speed.
    FYI - The game is not broken, it still works. It just has 'bugs' that need to be fixed.

    Example: There were hundreds of Jedi and only two Sith in Star Wars. The Jedi wanted, "Balance in the Force" and they got it. Now there are only two Jedi and two Sith.
