Dye's on Medium Armor crafted vs dropped

Just reached VR 13 and got some new armor specifically the Archer's Mind set medium armor and of the Bosmer style, mixed it with a few pieces of crafted the Night's Silence set and then proceeded to dye the armor. I noticed the crafted pieces are a much darker hue the then the dropped, to the point that Graht-Oak Brown on the pants looks like polished brass almost, while the chest piece looked almost like a grey color. Notice the posterior as a very deep brown, but the sections that should be dark on the top, helmet, gloves, and boots are not, and in fact match more of the lighter tones i placed elsewhere.
