In my opinion not possible. There is no way to get location of someone who is not member of your group..

cant there be somee sort of false group or something? there was a mod that allowed you to telport to shrines [wayshirens] free with a fase group i did not use it though so i dont know if it works

Actually addon you have mentioned was using JumpToGuildMember(name) function (guild member, not group member). Because it was possible to jump to yourself using this function.
