Actually, I think that would be cool if it's like the one from Skyrim. Give you a special 5 button hotbar filled with vampire lord abilities. Have the transformation take up your ultimate slot.
They would just need to correct the vamp penalties to recognize such an incredible buff... starting with NOT dropping the 40% fire damage to 25% and maybe adding some other weakness.
