They would just need to correct the vamp penalties to recognize such an incredible buff... starting with NOT dropping the 40% fire damage to 25% and maybe adding some other weakness.

Because in Skyrim you are a Singular Hero under special circumstances.
In this MMO, you are one of thousands of not-so-special heros all doing the same thing. I doubt Molag Bal would take the time to come and gift all the wanna'be Bloodfiends into true Vampire Lords.
Many things that can be done in a single player game can't be converted in a way to make sense in an MMO.Lag is ruinin' my 'mershun!
