With the addition of the Justice system and Champion system but changes to player strength and solo XP at v14, and a lack of new adventuring content I think...

I like it - The Justice System and Champion System give me plenty to do.

Well we got some things that we had in previous ES titles so that's a good thing to have finally. Still waiting on others like spellcrafting, jewelrycrafting etc..

But where is the new content like zones, classes or seasonal gear? :(

I won't say the CS gives us more to do, instead it forces us to do more to regain what we had.

The Justice System is cool, and something to be folded into the game play as we go along. However, it is not new content.

We need more content as in Quests.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

What content....? There was no endgame pre-Craglorn and now the endgame is Craglorn. Which isn't a complete endgame it's just... There. The Champion System I don't like because I have to get at least 300 CP to get back to my pre-1.6 strength, because they nerfed us all. Not to mention the only way to progress the Champion System is the same bullcrap content we've had for the last 6 months. The Justice System is interesting.. But it's not "content" it's just some silly thing to stop motif farmers and provisioners... I'll never level up the skill line as there is no reason to, the new AvAvA skills are unique but that's about it.

Agreed, but not just more quests. More veteran dungeons would be cool, and of course more trials.

PVPers need to get some love too, though.

I was caught between I like it and I don't like it. But at the end of the day, I'm not excited about playing my V14s and have been leveling alts. Making alts that I already have high end toons for makes me feel like I enjoy the pre-50 content a lot more than the post 50 content. I hope this changes. I can only make so many alts.

Are we playing the same game, OP? There is no VR14 content in 1.6. There are new locks on doors and new safe odds that any escapee from The Wailing Prison can crack. There are some VR10 and below NPCs you can kill if you wish. None of this is remotely challenging or level appropriate for the hordes of VR14 players in this game.

    None of the above.

The only 'V14 content' there is is Vet DSA and Vet CoA, to an extent. The rest is not limited by level.

My concern and bother with 1.6 is that while improving certain things (responsiveness, for instance), they also imbalanced many more.

Skills are completely different, gear built and obtained over time made invalid in a moment.

Sure, you can change things and still make it work (or so it seems, for now), but I'm still a little dumbfounded that they chose to change everything while leaving under essentially the same title.

Some things got cranked up too much, some things got cranked down too much (talking mobs, bosses, skills, gear).

Things that should be easy became hard. Things that should be hard became easy...

It's a completely different feel, but I'm not sure that is necessarily a good thing.

The playerbase will decide. Right now, I'm not sure it looks good.

It feels as if our purpose and place (whatever and wherever that may have been at the time) has been pulled from us and reassigned.

It's like when another company takes over - you still have a job, but it's not quite the job you had before. So you can stay, or you can try to recoup what there was another way.

It can be good. It can be bad. It's too soon to tell.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

    Earn it.

I was trying to be nice in the original post. I know its a rarity on the internet, but I was trying not to bash ZOS. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt by calling these new systems "content."

None of the vote options really say what I feel, so I'm going to describe it shortly.

I think it is good that 1.6 addressed a lot of the issues about VR14 scaled veteran dungeons and made them easier to do with Pick Up Groups. In a sense adding "content" since it gives people the urge to do pledges in Spindleclutch and Banished Cells again since these fights (specifically Praxin and High Kinlord Rilis) aren't super annoying and frustrating anymore.

I also like the fact that the Trials have become more difficult and no longer rely on doing a marathon sprint through the place, but more accurately forces you to do boss mechanics and use proper group tactics rather than just saying "Stack here, kill here, stack there, kill there." Further, the new difficulty and changes (specifically Aetherian Archive) makes it so that you can spend time on these beforehand boring and simple Trials to re-learn the mechanics, which in a way is content.

That being said, much of the content added in 1.6 is Meta content, i.e. content within already existing content. The new Legerdemain skill line and the Outlaw Refugees are neat, but they haven't added anything else and truth be told the current way the Legerdemain works is quite dull and repetitive. In the future it can have some neat intergration with the Thieves guild and the Dark Brotherhood.

1.7 is when we will see more actual content as the Imperial City should arrive then *crosses fingers* maybe it won't be 6 months away if we're lucky.

I see some good in 1.6. That is why I was on the fence, but leaned toward it was a lot of hype. Considering that they have said nothing else is planned anytime soon, I am not too thrilled with all the issues 1.6 introduced with class changes, vet XP rewards, etc. And now they are switching to a cash shop model, will their resources be spent on developing pretty dresses or dungeons and content?

    no pickles option 0.o

1.6 is mehtastic at the very best, really *** bad if you are realistic.. Overhyped system reboot that should have been in the game before launch if they wanted it there at all.

Making people feel like they have been categorically nerfed. not fixing PvP in any meaningful way. allowing 11 month old bugs to remain in the game. Not quelling glaringly obvious and reported bugs from the PTS to live, then acting like its a surprise. Adding a game changer like helms only drop from last boss in dungeon and not telling anyone. Radiant friking destruction. Meteor. Wrecking Blow. Fall damage. No Alliance Markers. Forever Loading Screen. No new actual content. All announced content pushed to DLC in months.

At least we get a cat and a stupid mask.
Tl;dr really weigh the fun you have in game vs the business practices you are supporting.
