Templar 1.6 Resto / Destro build help

So I am looking for a good Templar 1.6 Resto / Destro staff build. I have a good healing build I have been using for pre vet dungeons that has been working great so far. What I really need help with is the Magicka / Destro side of the build to help with Solo leveling. There are a ton of Stamina builds and pre 1.6 builds but I have not found a good Templar 1.6 Magicka build. Thanks in advanced for any info you can provide.
