Looking for long-lost ESO trailer

So I watched through the 23 minute trailer to get in the ESO mood again. It's awesome, but I'm missing a trailer that I saw months before the game was released. In this trailer, Kate Beckinsale also took part as queen Ayrenn, saying something like "You are all children and Tamriel should be ruled by the wisdom of the ancient High-Elves" or something along these lines. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find this trailer anywhere. It doesn't appear to be here on the official site, and I don't seem to find it on Youtube.

Does anyone have a link for this cinematic? Does anyone even remember it?

About the only one I can think of is the voice cast reveal; Kate Beckinsale is talking about playing Ayrenn.

Thanks, that was a good watch, but it's not what I was looking for. The one I'm looking for was a rendered trailer where the queen calls all the other races children because the elves are old and wise, and therefore should rule Tamriel. It had that goose-bumpy feel to it which is why I would love to see it again.

It's odd though. A trailer really never manages to disappear like that.

I am trying to find the one where they said there would be no global cool down, so I can hassle them about the templar skills with global cool downs.

I remember one of the things that made me look at ESO was an ad about only having a 5/6 active skills with no global cool downs.
