Fix the Cyrodiil Lag this Week!

I'm so sick of it right now.
Since 1.6 came out, the performance in cyrodiil is worse than ever. We have massive lag everyday, when there's only 50 people fighting in 1 keep.
Is this the MEGA server? A server that can't handle 50 people in one place?
I logged on like 30 minutes ago and immediately got a ping of 500-800. This hasn't changed in the last half hour. I didn't even bother to start pvp'ing.
What the hell, ZOS? Can we please fix this nonsense already? How long does it take you to find a solution for this? This started back in the days, when you added the new lighting system and since then it got worse with every patch.
I'm only playing this game for the pvp part, and i'm paying for it, but i don't get what i'm paying for.
We're waiting for this to be fixed for like 9 months now. You said this has top priority and you're working on it. this was months ago. What changed? Nothing!
ZOS come on now, pants down, this is your goal for this week. Focus on it, find a solution, patch it, hotfix it, do whatever needs to be done, but for god's sake, do it.

✭✭✭Unless there is a cash shop item coming that lets players join a lag free server, there will not be any fixes or improvements coming any time soon. The performance issue has allegedly been the too priority for months now; but the radio silence from ZOS combined with a lack of fixes should tell you everything you need to know. I think ZOS was hoping 1.6 would be the silver bullet that fixed all of the performance issues.Instead, it turned out to be another poison pill.
The lag is here to stay so you might as well get accustomed to it. Our only hope for a fix will come when the PVE and role play communities start complaining about it because ZOS does not listen to the PVP community.Edited by LonePirate on March 10, 2015 9:08PM3 -

✭I bet they will have it fixed by the time the console drops, because if they don't then the Console people will drop this game soooo fast, of course if they do fix it, it wont be on the PC server, since they stated that the XBOX and PS4 will be on different servers than the PC server.
On a personal note, I want to go and PvP but I know that it's still sooo bad from what people keep telling me.. sad

Consoles will get their own dedicated servers.
Microsoft would not allow in a million years to have joint servers for PC / Consoles. Sony maybe but not microsoft.
When CCP tried top bring DUST 514 to PS3 and Xbox, microsoft would not play ball with their server plans so it was dropped on Xbox because of the joint server thing with eve online, so DUST 514 was only ever on PS3.
Only way Microsoft allows games on Xbox is if they have full control of the online experience. ONLY. Sony are a lot more relaxed with that kind of thing.
Enough talk about consoles though....PC MASTER RACE!11!!

crowfl56✭✭✭✭✭Look the lag is player caused, and has always been that way, all factions use it. Just because Red and Blue use it constantly, isn't their fault , well not always.
Police you're own faction, ask them to stop lagging a campaign.
There where campaign's that didn't lag and it wasn't 1.6 that caused it.
It was certain guilds that jumped campaign's flooded in (using stupid jump to player) bang campaign now lag's like Thornblade in an instant.
ZOS did try to blame us but to no avail. They knew it was player caused.
So to stop lag get all factions to stop causing it.0 -
Xexpo✭✭✭✭✭Was capping a resource with one other player very very far away from the zergs... One player came to defend it.
Then everyone turned invincible for easily 20 minutes.
Couldn't harm guards... heals went off but did nothing.. I shot 9 meteors back to back without losing my Ult.
Then switched to the lowest pop campaign... aaannnd more of the same.
Cyrodiil is borked.

weeks later .....
running around in a pve enviroment , it started to skip, lag, jitterbugs, upset stomach i dont know what .. i was like oh... they might fix this soon....
last week i was running around, and i was skipping, lagging, jitters... i was like wtf! this has been doing this since the start!!!!
so i layed off the vodka for a few days and logged back in....just to see if there was a difference....well
