Normalize CP gains.

No, this isn't a "please give cp for free" thread.

Currently, grinding is the most effective to gain CP. And I have no desire to change that. What I DO wish to change is to bring other methods of play to a comparable or passable rate. As has been mentioned numerous times in other threads, the amount of CP gained will eventually be used as a barrier to many activities. Rather than nerf the amount of gains grinding gives, I'd like to boost the amount of CP other activities give and allow more activities to give CP gains.

On the former:
- Boost CP gains on Dungeons, trials, and Public Dungeons.
- Boost the amount of CP gain that crafting writs give.
- Boost amount of XP from PVP.

On the latter:
-Add XP gains to achievements.
-Add CP gains to the Ledgermain skill uses.

On the whole I think CP gains should look something like this.

Grinding would still have the fastest CP accumulation rate, but other methods would not be severely penalized.
