It should turn you into a lich for 45 seconds and give you lich moves on 2 new action bars, Filled with Lich abilities . or make it into a Skill Line!

You can already do that. You just need the heart of a lich, tongue of a dragon, and the flesh of a well ridden horse, as I recall. The result is sure to make you undead.
