Great idea, and it has precedence. A lot of other MMO's provide increased rewards for using the LFG tool. Usually it's stuff like +xp% +gold% +rare% +stat boost while doing it. If 1 CP is too much it could just be a XP boost, a mini enlightenment if you will.

Hopefully ZOS will implement some type of incentive to use the tool. It doesnt seem that difficult to do, just the want to do.
