Min/Max Weapon/Spell dmg vs Stam/Mag

Does anyone know the numbers to how much damage weapon/spell damage is vs stam/magicka. Example, is it like 1000 stamina = 100 weapon damage. I know when you add stam/mag now, it does not increase your actual weapon/spell dmg when you press C, but it does increase the damage for your abilities. So pretty much what I am asking is weapon/spell dmg better than stam/magicka for your abilities to do more damage.

(RESOURCE + 10.46*POWER) * COEF = ability dmg or effect

Where RESOURCE = <MAG or STAM> and POWER = <SPELL DMG or WEAP DMG>

The COEF value is different for every skill. Someone made a table with all the coefficients somewhere.
