Anyone else unable to complete the "Staff of Magnus" quest in AD greenshade?

Just wondering if anyone else if having this issue? It says to talk to the captain, but his script appears to be broken. Yet other people in the zone say they have no problem with him. Yet more people say that over half the quests in greenshade are currently broken...

Very confused customer at this point.

    Yup..bugged for me too. I submitted a /bug report in game.

    There were like 3 or 4 other people standing next to it trying to get it to work.
    Dear ZoS - Sell us great content at a reasonable price. Stop the Grind!!

    Got a similar bug, im' dc so it was a vr zone for me the Queen brothers lich wasnt dropping the staff at the end of the quest.
    I got stuck in there for 2 months but in the end it was an account related issue,if i where in a group i was bugging the entire istance so no drop for nobody, but if the people in my group where going without me they do got the drop.
    If you are experiencing this contact the CS and make a little of pressure, maybe you will find someone who actually try to solve your problem.

    All the scripts that handle NPC movement in Greenshade is broken at the moment. Will likely be fixed in the maintenance.

    they bugged but you can finish the magus quest there just did it today you have to log out and back in a few times at the quest points and it works. probably be fixed tomorrow though.

    I keep seeing frozen pets in Greenshade as well.

    Also in the DC starting isle - Betnick - i was supposed to obtain a disguise from a bag but the bag was not interactable. I /bugged it

    I have the same Bug and cant progress this part of quest.

    Can't finish The Artisan quest to, also in this area.

    I submitted a /bug report in game.
