Citizens seeing though stealth....and a few suggestions.

And I'm not even talking about cloak (which they totally ignore btw), I'm talking about crouching.
I will he hidden, the detect eye never opens but yet a citizen who I pass by acknowledges my presence with some sort of line like, "I'm watching you!". Again eye never opened. Seems to only be in houses.
I also have 2 suggestions for improving the Justice experience:
- Make 3 different types of locks; Normal chests, lockbox and doors. I would also say, make the lockboxes more difficult.
I know this requires more work but it will be much more rewarding and challenging than the same ol' 3 position tumblers for everything.
- Assign some stolen items special abilities and visual slots on ones person. Up to 3 max.
This is taken from the now gone WAR (RIP) but I would like to be able to display that stolen cross or skull memento on my belt.
And as far as "special abilities" I am talking either a visual effect or a very minor magic (like +.3% crit or -1' stealth detection)
- I do NOT like being labeled a murderer. Please change the achievement to be either murderer or subduer
We should be allowed the option to knock out people instead of killing them in cold blood
