Falling through the Map Since 1.6

I've always had problems getting my boots stuck in pebbles in the game (as in completely stuck and can't be gotten out of). This particularly happens in Cyrodiil and awful lot and the hotspots seem to be stairs, boulders, and small pebbles or anywhere the soil underneath is slightly arched.

Fast forward to 1.6. I am starting to fall through the map a lot, and falling to my death when I do. I'm having to repair and sometimes /stuck. The only problem is I just fell and died straight through Rawl'Kha and into the Rawl'kha thieves guild. My respawn location has put me in a small room with no exits, so not only can I not port out (that's how thieves guild works) the /stuck command also just reports me back in this little jail. If anyone knows any other tricks, or if you're a ZoS developer/moderator this is a pretty big deal. Please fix this one fast. I can't play my main character, and the ground seems to be a bit too porous of late. It definitely needs to be looked at.

    Launching to Cyrodiil seemed to help. I'm assuming other people are falling through the map to their deaths a lot as well though?

    Haven't as of yet, but I have seen issues with small inclines where my feet go into them, rather than follow the ground.
