Any one having problems with the Staff of Magus quest since update 1.6?

After I look at ALL the plants in the first vault, Capt Sarandil doesn't unlock the door to the second vault. I tried logging off, reloading the client and he still doesn't unlock the door to the second vault. The only other option is to try abandoning the quest and trying again.
