Just a little east of Bolga's hunting camp on Khenarthi's Roost is a small camp of fishermen. They have some fish hung up to dry. There are some crabs trying and failing to reach the fish. They stand there under the fish snipping up at them not quite able to reach.
I've played since early access (AD) and I've never seen that before. I just saw it last night leveling a new alt.
Guess that's one of the things I love about ESO.
