What constitutes a "full set" of armor?

Heavy, Medium, and Light armor trees all have passives that take effect "with a full set of X armor type equipped."
My question is, what constitutes a full set? Is it 5 pieces like before, where you can mix in two of another set, or do you have to have all 7 pieces be of that 1 armor type in order to get the passive buff?
