I've decided to return to the game this weekend after about five months elsewhere and have several questions. Can you answer any?

- Where can I find Zenimax's official page regarding transferring (or "copying") my ESO PC account to a cross-platform console account? I read about this in a news article a while back but cannot find anything now.
- Does ESO have a client-side anti-cheat system yet? I ask because in my several periods of playing the game bots were rampant, teleporting, looting resources under the map, etc. I'm looking for reassurance that action has been taken to significantly mitigate the problem.
- Is gamepad support and appropriate UI planned for PC? ETA? I previously used to use Stratejacket's brilliant controller support add-on with Pinnacle profiler, but after serious effort I found the controls unsatisfactory.
- Does ESO currently offer a PvP archetype smaller scale than Cyrodiil? I'm most interested in any PvP combat with constant action without long travel periods or downtime after death, and preferably with significantly less players than I've seen in Cyrodiil battles.

2. I don't think that ESO have client-side anti-cheat. But there are not so much bots and cheaters.
3. I think it could be with console release. But for now you can use addons.
