Move UI?

Does anyone know if there's a mod that makes it possible to rearrange all the default elements of the UI?

I did find one, but it only seemed to cover things that were always on screen like the magicka, health and stamina bars and the compass. A lot of things remained immovable.

In particular there are hints/tutorials that appear in the bottom right corner. Since I'm still new I do want to be able to read them, but I also have my mini-map in that corner and it hides a large chunk of the text. I can't find another suitable place to put the mini map so I would really like to be able to position the hints to appear above it instead of behind it.

Any ideas?

That helps with some things, but not the tutorial pop-ups, there's no option to move them.

I'll take a look if I can add support for tutorials to Azurah. Do you want movable also other UI elements such as Active Cobat Tips or so?

I don't mind the combat tips where they are at the moment, but if it's not too difficult to add them I can imagine other people might want to move them. I have no idea how hard it is to add things like that though.
