If anyone is having trouble with champion point rollbacks they can fix it, however you won't get compensated for the lost exp (sometimes millions of exp points).
I had lost a huge amount of exp due to ZoS failing to test their product before release and now have to go and re-level the points. This is not an issue of actually doing it but there is a huge issue of accountability on ZoS' behalf.
EDIT: I take it back, they haven't fixed (and probably can't) the roll backs on my toons.
