Is Honor the Dead still broke?

I have been using Honor the Dead instead of BOL, just messing around here and there will I farm XP and on the surface, it seems to get more magicka. I'm not too sure which addon to use to tell for sure. Has anyone tried Honor the Dead and can confirm that the magic regen is working now?

glak✭✭✭It did in 1.5, not sure about now.
Your Magicka will regenerate noticeably faster but won't change your regeneration rate. Without addons, your Magicka bar will have one more arrow to show faster regen.
The easiest way to test is to take > 60% fall damage while naked for good measure.5

Eejit1331✭✭✭I did not notice the arrow indicating the extra magicka gain so I guess it's still only applying as long as they are not healed above 50% health. I'll test this more tomorrow. Thanks for the reply.0
