Help reinstalling 1.6 addons

I had been using previous versions of addons like skyshards and Foundry Tactical Combat and I went and reinstalled them just as I have been when they get updated but now my game is not seeing them at all.
I download the zipped file into C:\Users\username\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live\AddOns and then extract them in that file.
Any help would be appreciated.

I definitely recommend getting Minion. I had been avoiding it because I'm not a fan of having to install programs simply so other programs will run, especially ones that then try to get you to sign up for an account and pretend they're a social network (although this aspect seems to be entirely optional in Minion). Also I've only got 4 add-ons so I thought it would be fine.

But it does make things so much easier. All I have to do is open it once, and if any add-ons do have updates it'll download them automatically rather than me having to go and find them and install them myself.

But also I noticed when I first logged in after 1.6 the option to use outdated addons was unchecked. I had to re-enable it to get 2 of mine to work. As soon as I checked the box both were back to working fine, I don't think they actually needed to be updated, but they were flagged as out of date for some reason.
