Danel Telleno and Milineth disappeared?

I completed two of the crafting certifications on one of my characters and wanted to do another one, but I can't find Danel Telleno or Milineth. I don't even see a quest marker for them. They showed up for my other characters after completion, so I don't know what to do. I can't see any new quest markers, not even for the writs.

If you're below level 6, they won't be there. In the patch notes it says that crafting certification and writs can now only be completed by characters level 6 and above.

So I've completed everything for Millineth but now I can't find Danel Telleno. Can anyone help me find him? I'm playing on XB1 and I'm in Davon's Watch with the Ebonhart Pact Alliance.

Go to the last place you saw him, then go to the first place you saw him, then try other places you talked to him. Sometimes he gets stuck somewhere. Note, when you do this, he will run to where he is supposed to be.

He also sometime lollygagging in the Mages Guild

I've the same problem with millenith and walk with ash go where I'm told and the arrow says there but there is nothing there I'm a lvl 7 what the hell is going on would like to do blacksmith and to lvl up and get a chance to do other things but that's a full day I'm missing out while others are away in front now not fair

You can always drop the quest, and start it over. Look in your journal to drop the quest.
