How we will train our mounts since the npcs dont talk to you duo the high bounty?

Clear bounty/ feed horse/ get bounty.....clear bounty/ feed horse/ get bounty..... This method is very expensive (can reach 50k bounty) and tedious gameplay (since i working on Justice Achievements).

The Bounty decay very slow (even in log out)

Make the Stable Master an neutral npc.

Or you could just not rack up a bounty. You don't need to get caught committing crimes.

Crime has consequences. That's kinda the point of having a justice system at all.

Maybe they could put a "horse breeder" at entry to the hide out. Not that any guard would be suspicious about that, but we can always say its just having a hangover and needs to rest.

So in this order of idea, the Moneylender shoudnt exist in Refuges?

If exist, please make an stablemaster in Refuges, like Moneylender (Bank)

Is there a Justice achievement for having a high bounty? If not, just get better at being a thief and doing the Justice achievements. If you're sneaky enough you should be able to do the achievements without getting a high bounty.

This is why we can't have nice things. If you want to use the Stablemaster, get better at committing crimes. If you don't want a high bounty, stop getting caught.

Not exactly...there is an achievement for paying OFF a bounty over 1k....may have totally stumbled across that one the other day *sweet innocent smile*.

you can talk with the stable master in cyrodiil, they dont give two craps about your bounty, that goes for bank and vendors as well in cyrodiil.

Coldharbour also have no justice last time I was there... I suppose it IS in oblivion and all that... ;-)

Indeed. Cyrodiil and Coldharbour are neutral zones (Justice).

Step 1: Put Money In Bank
Step 2: Get Naked
Step 3: Suicide on Guard
Step 4: Rez
Step 5: Train Horse

Actually, you suggested:

Well, it was more like "No, justice system has consequences which can be avoided if you play it well" but your point stands
