Are old provisioning ingredients considered as rare items now?

I assume old provisioning ingredients no longer are spawned in game, so can they be considered as rare items now? Can we expect price increase in these items over time?

They only have value more than the 10 gold a piece if your a hard core collector, as they have no purpose other than taking up inventory and saying you still have them. Personally I'd rather have an inventory space and keep my personal collections to stuff that has meaning such as a quest reward from a favorite or hated quest or something you worked for like Web Spinners Brace from the first time I defeated vet FG before scaling.

Only if someone wants to keep them for sentimental value, as they cannot be used for anything...

They have no use. I wouldn't buy them, but that's just me. Maybe if we had housing, I'd collect random stuff like this, but right now I value my inventory space too much.

These items have no usage anymore.
My advice: sell them, move on, don't look back. You'll find new ingredients.

They're vendor trash. In a few months they'll be very rare vendor trash, but they'll still be vendor trash. Why would anyone want them?

You can sell them, they are labeled "old .... " so you wont mix them up with anything useful. I got a few hundred gold yesterday by just selling them

I'm pretty sure all my old crafting ingredients are bound to my account. Mine are all low level, I don't know if the same applies at high levels, but it seems likely.

And I can't see the NPC price rising over time.
