✭✭✭✭✭Probably only from Writs or Hirelings. I will say the last 3 L50 writs I did gave me Frost Mirriam and the new drink ingredient in each one. I also got some from a hireling package too.
So, I don't think this will be as rare as Tomatoes and Oats were.
Of course, once they figure this out, look for the Nerf.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

It's just that even pre-patch you could find tomatoes in boxes and crates in Belkarth and other places in Craglorn, I'd assume they would be found that way in 1.6 is all..0 -

No, Tomatoes and Oats were only available from Hirelings, L2 or better prior 1.5.

I think you mean you could find pepper before in containers.
I've been doing writs and get hireling mails twice a day on one toon and so far I've gotten 1 bervez juice from a hireling. The almighty RNG is not looking with favour upon my Imperial provisioning crafter so far.
