Quickest way to Grind VR Levels?

Hey all, so I not long got to V1 on my 4TH Alt, rest are VR's but grinded them a while ago when Craglorn large groups were Grinding. Now I do not know how to level him fastest, I don't Quest though EP VR Zone again as I done Cadwell's silver on my Main, so thinking what is the fastest way to grind them levels?
