What is the difference between these three CP buffs...?

1. BLESSED: Increases effectiveness of any healing you initiate by (0-25%).

2. ELFBORN: Increases your spell critical damage and healing by (0-25%).

3. QUICK RECOVERY: Increases effectiveness of healing received by (0-15.8%)

Seems to me that 1 and 2 both buff the healing I do. Does Blessed buff my allies? Does Elfborn only buff me?

If I initiate healing (Blessed), does that count as healing initiated, and would Quick Recovery then buff me and/or my allies?

Thanks in advance for any clarification.

Sorry...made a mistake here: "If I initiate healing (Blessed), does that count as healing initiated...

That should read "count as healing received."

Blessed, Increases the healing you do. To yourself or allies.

Elfborn, pretty much the same, but also increases your spell critical.

Quick Recovery, Increases the healing you receive from others or yourself.

Blessed - Healing you initiate is essentially "Healing Done."

    Elfborn - Same as Blessed.

Quick Recovery - All healing you take is increased, whether it be your healer or a giant f**king dinosaur with friggen lazer beams for eyes.

I could be wrong for Elfborn but I'm pretty sure the rest is right.

Blessed boosts ALL] outgoing healing you do, be it resto staff heals or self heals.

Elfborn ONLY[ boosts your heals and damage that are CRIT hits. If you are a NB using funnel health, you get both the damage and heal buff from this when using Funnel Health.

Quick recovery ONLY affects incoming heals. You get both the benefit of Blessed and Quick Recovery on self heals!
Dinosaur Chicken Nuggets - Argonian mNB Tank/Heals (PVP)

I think the wording on blessed is a little off. I believe it effects your critical spell damage and the critical heals. Its a multiplier on crits that you do to yourself and others.

Blessed = You heal someone for 100. It now heals for 105 because you had some points in star.

Elfborn = You heal one person for 100. It crits, which would normally mean 150 heal, but you have some points in the star so now it crits for 160 heal.

Quick Recovery = Someone heals you for 100. It heals you for 105 because you had some points in star.

These all work together, though, I think. So if you heal yourself and it crits, you could get bonus healing in 3 different ways. Boost the base heal, boost the crit bonus, boost as it comes back into you.

Thanks again everyone. CP is going to take some getting used to. My main is an Imperial Templar vr14. Was trying to figure out how these buffs would work with my Templar healing skills, then realized the differences between them were not clear to me. Your explanations help a lot. :)
