Does Executioner benefit from its own buff?

Has anyone tested if the Executioner morph of Reverse Slash benefit from its own buff? (ie. should do ~345% damage instead of 300?) Also, does the bonus scale like the execution effect, or is it a flat 15% bonus after a certain threshold?
