From whar I read and noticed is that ESO is coded to the 2gig ram ceiling for 32bit games, is a 32bit game, and uses.1 core, ignoring multicore cups.I noticed that a lot of people who have the game crashes, have 32bit system. In week i will install new SSD and 64bit system. News ater this....

You can have 8gig, 16gig but ESO won't use it. And not coded for 64bit.

Problem is in patch. I expect (hope) for new fix:)

I seem to be solved his problem by reinstalling Windows. Checked only once to install all the programs crashes was not. I also removed my other problem that could also cause a crash the game. It was associated with beta versions of GeForce Experience (2.3.10), because that can not run the game Star Conflict and Metro Last Light. Rather they were launched, the processes were in Task Manager, but there was no picture. Thanks to a particular Metro Last Light I found that running games still was, but the image is lower than the desktop underneath it and certainly did not show on the screen. Removing this beta and the final release version installation issue decided. Maybe someone can help as it is likely that some game crashes caused GeForce Experience.
after trying them one by one, it's the "nvidia streaming service" and "nvidia streaming server component" that seem to cause the crashes. at least for me.
once i killed them, i could travel again
edit : dont forget to revert back to geforce drivers 347.25. the latest 347.52 make the game crash constantly

What type of crash did you have? Crash Reporter? Or a hard crash to desktop? Cause that driver rollback is very minor.

i crashed every time i used a wayshrine, a door to a dungeon/instance or try to go to cyrodiil.
there's no reason why ESO would interact with the streaming service of nvidia but it seems to anyway

My NVidea driver has been updated quite recently, and before 1.6 I had no crash issues.

I don't install GeForce Experience when installing Gefore drivers. It's iot needed and just adds to the stack. But I still have these crashes.
OS reinstalls are not a solution to patch problems. You shouldn't be expected to have to blow up your PC each time a patch hits. It's not like we don't have other things n these PCs other than ESO.
For me, the game is crashing fairly steadily in towns. It does not open up the crash reporter, just freezes. I need to manually close the program using the task manager (which reports that eso is "not responding.")
I am using a i7 4770k, 780ti with the latest Nvidia release drivers and Windows 8.1...
Sounds like it is not an issue of OS or hardware, but something to do with the way the game handles the extra data from all the NPCs in town from the patch. The fact that the game's executable is 32 bit is most likely exacerbating this problem...
I remember there were threads asking for a 64 bit version of ESO since the beta. I guess it is another one of those things that should have been done for PC release but was pushed back until "after the console releases."
Can I pretty much assume that since ESO hasn't responded to any of these posts, they either have no idea what is going on or it's just a low priority for them? Haven't seen them respond to any of these types of complains w/ anything other than the "check your divers" routine.Game was working fine last week, now, DOA. Still very frustrated.

You didn't say what type of crash. You're solution basically just says don't install Game Experience, that's kinda a given for most users that researched driver issues with nVidia. The issue still exists for people who get Crash Reporter.
Anywho...
I've tried nVidia drivers:
341.44 - recent security update, most recent date release
345.20 - next recent date release
347.25 - one before most recent version release
347.52 - most recent version
All still crash to Crash Reporter. Don't think its the nVidia drivers.
And I've tried multiple versions of the nVidia HD sound driver Amd played without a nVidia HD sound driver, using Win 7 default HD sound drivers, still crashes.
Again, I can crash consistently fighting at a Rift event...last thunder when the chest drops...Crash Reporter.
Never had a problem with 1.5 , that also had a fresh install of Win 7 32bit. So all I changed was the update to 1.6. About as clean of System as you can get.
Reviewed all your posts here. You never mentioned Crash Reporter. And many crashes reported are different then gracefully crashing with the EOS Crash Reporter UI. Screen freezes, bsod, hung process, crash to desktop. Those all have been reported and are different than a caught exception reported in Crash Reporter.
Chill out man !
first, i did say what type of crash, earlier in the thread, and in the posts just above, if you care to read what others say, you would know... and i do get the crash reporter when my game crashes like 99% of crashes that happen in the game so calling your type of crash "crash reporter" is nonsense... narrowing down when or what triggers your crashes is a requirement.
