Tri-stat food decreasing Weapon Power?

Not sure if it's a UI bug or not, but my weapon power dropped by about 68 points after eating V10 tri-stat food. I quite the game and relogged back in, and it was still there. Wasn't paying attention to Spell Power to see if that changed
