In the PTS, rebate would give magicka builds over 5k magicka back.

Now it gives less than 1500 for skills that cost over 6k!

I guess they didn't want sorcs to summon/dismiss a pet 3 times and heal themselves to full for free.

Yes, so instead it costs:

14,000 Magicka and Over 5 seconds to heal yourself 10k. Sounds like good balance to me!

Im still kinda shocked how they still cant seem to get the sorc class right, they keep changing it, thinking its for the better, but they screw us more and more with every patch. I wonder why.......
