Low Population Exploit in Cyrodiil

So this happened on Chillrend at around 8:20pm eastern. Note the time stamp in the bottom left corner of the pictures.
They managed to do this by bringing in players who didn't have it as guest or home via "travel to player", and it's happening as this thread is being written, so if we could get some GMs in here with banhammers that'd be great.

At the same time, the second pic shows they have the low population bonus. A bonus for the lowest population to make up for being out numbered.0 -

Yeah DC is capped, but AD is at 3 bars population and is still receiving the low pop bonus. Thats the problem. They have more than enough people to push yet still get a huge bonus to their points.Sythias Blackhand - Imperial Nightblade - Trueflame NA DC

Xallus✭✭✭Travel to player still works as long as there's room on the campaign. What we've been seeing though is a large amount of thorn based AD guesting into Chill to take stuff with the homed chill ad flipping the map with a low pop bonus while outnumbering both factions combined for hours. Low pop bonus has dropped more than twice in the last 2 weeks, they leave for an hour or two, come back and get 1k+ pts per hour. for another few days. Sunday March 1st they lost low pop, all left, just logged back on today, barely march 2nd, they have the pop bonus again.0 -
Xallus✭✭✭EP should be second, DC should be first, this campaign will unfortunately end as AD-DC-EP from this sort of exploitish crap. Low pop bonus needs to be scrapped. And there's no use in reporting anyone for doing this since it is in fact working the way the devs designed it, its just a terrible design.2

You guys sure have some serious issues taking keeps and outposts, been turning like 40 of you away with my guild all day, Their are more issues here other than broken mechanics I would advise you stop eating meat bags and oils. Xallus✭✭✭You can talk all day about how leet you are and how subpar all of your opponents are, it's irrelevant to the subject matter. If anyone deserves the low pop bonus it's EP, yet somehow AD is having it consistently. That's what this is about, all of your leet faction skills should have you in third.0

They did scroll runs, the pop bonus went away, dropped a dc scroll in roebeck ffs... then disappear... all of them. Do they all sleep in some convent where they must simultaneously go to bed at the same time? Or perhaps go back to thorn to wait for pop bonus refresh?

AD has low pop bonus on the second pic, not blues.2 -

It could have been a guild or two running together. Maybe they don't have everyone in the same Campaigns and pick a few days and times to run together.

ArcVelarian✭✭✭✭✭It's pretty damn obvious they were exploiting this. Meantime the solution is to create AD toons and guest and enter the campaign for the sole purpose of nullifying the exploit.
There's two easy to implement permanent solutions:
- Disable to ability to travel to players who are in Cyrodiil.
or

I don't know why we have the LP bonus honestly we have just been trying to cause issues for the other Empires, I don't think AD is intentionally doing it as we have all been working together to make DC's life hard not cheat. A lot of us are jumping to a friends campaign. This all should be solved with 1.6 as I heard they are removing home and guest campaigns entirely as I have not been on PTS this is just hearsay can somone confirm this?Edited by cchin256b16_ESO on March 2, 2015 7:02PM0 -

For those who may not know this the last week in Haderus has been most peaceful, and quiet as the pacters have fled to easier farms and left a mere handful of their much beleagured, and most unhappy, kin to face a pack of gate camping $%$#@$ #$#$#$ %^$%$ on this one's side.
As such those of us who have a shred of honor but also a taste for meaty nommy APs have had to find hunting grounds elsewhere. This has lead this one at least to lead their pack to Chillrend and in doing so they make use of the travel to player function as many can not yet reset their guest campaign, or have obligations with other guilds when they are not being led by a khajiit with a chipmunk voice.
Why does Telel say all of this you ask? Why the answer is so very very simply my sulky fanged friend! In fact it is so simple this one shall not insult you by saying it, and instead apologize for the inconveniences their actions may have caused.
They will also suggest that perhaps some people may wish to go to Haderus and aid the resolute but out matched pacter and daggets still remaining there. Certainly you can spare a cup of blue meats yes?Character: Telel

ArcVelarian✭✭✭✭✭Three bars worth of people showing up without dropping their faction's Low Pop Bonus is still a problem, intentional exploitation or not. Even so, they need to implement a better way for people to be able to play with their friends than just being able to Guest on a single campaign.
