Need help doing my first Daily Provisioner writ?

Hi guys

I am just started playing again, Last time I played was during the Beta, Character is only level 9, I am currently based in Daggerfall,
I just started on my first daily provisioner writ,

Here are the 2 recipes I got,

Capon noodle and Citrus Malt

I had not a problem doing cooking Capon Noodle

The two problems I am having at the moment are:

1: Finding the recipe for Citrus Malt.

2: Finding the Tangerine I need to make the Citrus Malt.

Regards Cameron

Citrus Malt and a few other lvl 10 recipes are very hard to come by and will sell for 1000s of gold in guild kiosks. The best thing to do is wait until tomorrow when the provisioning writ resets. They go back and forth between the writ you have and other writs that are much easier, Grilled Capon and Bog-Iron Ale for instance. I still skip the Citrus Malt writs since I've only found that recipe once and I've played alts through there several times since launch.

Once you get into doing the writs, it's the best way to get those rare recipes, but they will stop dropping for you after the hit lvl 15, so if you want to get all of them, don't rush leveling.

1.6 will really change provisioning, so waiting until after that hits (this week!) is also a good plan.
    May all beings have happiness
May they be free from suffering
May they find the joy that has never known suffering
May they be free from attachment and hatred

One thing that may be useful to know is that you don't actually have to craft the item yourself to complete the writ. So if a helpful friend and/or guildmate happens to have crafted a bunch of Citrus Malt (likely for his own writs) he can give you one and you will be able to hand in the writ.

It's not your character level, but your Recipe Level. I have a couple of VR's doing provisioning writs and they are working on the lowest level recipes. I will keep them at the lower recipe limit until I have all the rare recipes, then increase and do the same for the next tier. It seems like every other writ gives me a rare recipe that I have never seen before in the game.

Also, for Citrus Malt and other rare food and drinks, buy them in the guild stores. Although, Citrus Malt was something I had to have a guildy make for me. It requires Tangerines and Brown Malt. Tangerines are rare, so if your going to ask a guildy, find some Tangerines in the guild stores to help out the guildy.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
