[Poll] Should ZOS add an audio slider just for pets?

I am of the opinion that the only reason 90% of those people sitting in the bank for hours with their monkey out do it is to troll other people with its obnoxious noise. I turn my entire effects and footsteps audio off every time I go to town just so I don't have to listen to the monkey trolls assault me with their need for attention.

One very simple way that ZOS could save a lot of frustration, animosity, and annoyance is to add a slider that mutes just the sounds and footsteps of pets (and possibly class minions as well).

It would take maybe 15 minutes to code/copy-paste output pet audio to its own channel and add a separate audio slider for it. So, should they?

No way, having more options diminishes trolling.

Honestly never even really notice pet noises as is.

Usually spend less than 2 minutes in a bank or shop before heading back off again though.

I can hit mute pretty darn fast, lol. I do think an improvement may be to make pets semi-opaque when indoors. At least now they seem to have a handle on keeping collision disabled though, which is enough really to finish and get out.

I'm not for sure but I'm quite tired of my mouth moving when my horse neighs. I'm either his ventriloquist or he is mine.

    Biased poll is biased.

I spend a lot of time in the bank because when you're having to do the bank-slot-shuffle. It can take up quite a bit of time. Then if you're looking at your guild stores and adding items to multiple ones that's more time. The monkey is out because it is reluctantly a symbol of being in beta. I don't even really like the monkey, but I like having it out to show I was in beta. Constantly putting it up and taking it out is irritating (to me anyways) so I just leave it out.

I promise people are not sitting in the bank with their pet out for the sole purpose or irritating you and other player.

I might be inclined to agree they should have a slider so that they don't irritate people. However the "No way, having more options diminishes trolling." is as ridiculous as the idea that 90% or people have their pets out just to irritate other. If anything that would be people spamming spells inside or just outside the bank
And so did many brave men, women, and beast fall to the end of Beta, never to be heard from again. All that is left, is whispers of the adventures they had.

I *really* wanted to vote NO, but only because I wish to point out that muting pets means we'll never learn the answer to one of the most essential questions involving this topic:

    "WHAT DOES THE FOX SAY?"

And see, now I know the answer is "murp."

I'd much rather places like the bank and vendors(kiosk or otherwise) have a "cancellation field/aura" around them. For banks, it's simple. Clicking on the door automatically unsummons your horse....expand it to include pets. ALL pets, including sorc minions.

Open area vendors simply unsummon once you get within say...2 meters. Or as soon as the interact prompt shows up/becomes effective.
I am not spending a single penny on the game until changes are made to the game that I want to see.
    1) Remove having to be in a guild to sell items to other players at a kiosk.
    2) Cosmetic modding for armor and clothing.
    3) Difficulty slider.
    4) Fully customizable player housing that isn't tied to anything in the game other than having the correct resources and enough gold to build. Don't tie it to PvP, guild membership, or anything at all. Oh, make it instanced so as not to take up world map space, too. Zeni screwed this one up already.
Any /one/ of these things implemented would get me spending again, maybe even subbing.
