What is XP to CP Conversion rate?

Before 1.6 launches, i dont care what that conversion rate will be in 1.6 but what i would like to know is:

-What is the XP to CP conversion rate for us, who have been playing VR ranks before 1.6? How much XP is needed to get 1 point of CP?

200k veteran XP ---> 1CP, max of 70CP

After 1.6 launch, it's 400k XP per CP.
