Seriously I really thought this was just going to be a minor thing in the game. With the effort that ZoS put into building these refuges and implementing changes to houses and goods in town I really think this is going to be the start of a huge part of the game. Fingers crossed the thieves guild is not that far off and maybe just maybe the dark brotherhood!
