When will the console beta happen and what will the criteria be to become eligible to participate?

When can we get this going? Also, I've been holding off from playing the game for the past few months (still subbed though!) so the console experience will feel relatively fresh, rather than just a reiteration of something I've already played, and I'm curious if this will this impact the chances of being selected for the console beta?
